“Philly’s Next Rockstar”
Born in South Carolina and moving to Philadelphia at 13, Mashich’s journey began at age 7 when he found his voice in music. He grew up immersed in creativity, becoming the original hook singer for the Through Bred Clic (TBC), a legendary underground group synonymous with Wu-Tang Clan and led by his uncle and now manager DC da Beast. After years of refining his craft and formal vocal training in 2023, he shifted into alternative R&B, merging soul with the raw edge of rock. His influences span Jimi Hendrix, Chris Brown, Bruno Mars, Prince, The Beatles, Michael Jackson, James Brown, and New Edition — artists who shaped his dynamic stage presence and sound. Mashich believes, “Instead of feeling overlooked, I’ve felt like just work harder… once I switched genres, I found my sound and everything started coming together.”
